The virtue of repentance from sins

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q320: The questioner asks: Is there any sin from which repentance is not accepted from its perpetrator?
A320: The correct view is that there is no sin from which repentance is not accepted from its perpetrator. Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) accepts the repentance of the disbeliever if he repents. Allah the Exalted said:
Say to those who have disbelieved [that] if they cease, what has previously occurred will be forgiven for them. But if they return [to hostility] - then the precedent of the former [rebellious] peoples has already taken place.
[Al-Anfal 8:38]
, and the one who associates partners with Allah if he repents, Allah turns to him in mercy, even though shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the greatest of sins. Thus, there is no sin from which repentance is not accepted, according to the correct view of the scholars.
