What is required for ritual purity in Hajj

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 16231 )
Q: I must perform wudu' after the time for prayer begins, that is, after the time for each prayer begins; because I am unable to maintain wudu', due to the frequent passing of wind from me. Therefore, I want you to clarify what I must do regarding Hajj, meaning, which are the pillars of Hajj that require wudu'—that is, I must be in a state of ritual purity—and if there is a pillar of Hajj that requires wudu'—that is, I am in a state of wudu'—and I actually performed wudu' before I began performing this pillar, and then wind passed from me, must I perform wudu' again, or do I continue with my first wudu'?
A: The pillar of Hajj that requires ritual purity is the tawaf around the House. However, one who has a permanent state of ritual impurity due to incontinence of urine or wind, or the like, and begins his tawaf in a state of purity, and then something passes from him during the tawaf, he completes his tawaf, and it is not obligatory for him to repeat it; because of the hardship of guarding against it; because it is a permanent state of impurity.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
