Ruling on trimming the beard and nails and removing the hair of the armpits and the pubic area

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 19182 )
Q3: I entered the state of ihram for an 'Umrah from al-Madinah al-Munawwarah and performed ghusl and wore my ihram garments, and I did not trim anything, neither hair nor nails, at the time of entering ihram , but only after tawaf and sa'y did I trim and shave. Is it obligatory for me to pay an expiation or not?
A3 : Trimming the beard and nails and removing the hair of the armpits and the pubic area at the time of entering ihram is not obligatory; rather, it is among the recommended practices (sunnah) of ihram. So if one leaves it, he owes nothing. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
