A: After reviewing the aforementioned book, it became clear that it contains serious matters, including: 1 - Praising the construction of a mosque on the grave of the one called 'Ubayd al-Sharif and visiting it
and seeking blessing from it. 2 - Calling to religious innovations and beliefs involving associating partners with Allah in general, such as seeking blessing from graves and shrines, and seeking nearness to Allah through the persons of the righteous during their lives and after their deaths. 3 - Praising innovations in acts of worship, such as dhikr, sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and visiting the places that the aforementioned Shaykh used to visit. 4 - Relying on fabricated hadiths that are not permissible to attribute to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Based on the foregoing, it is not permissible to publish, print, acquire, or advertise the aforementioned book because of what it contains of associating partners with Allah the Exalted, calling to religious innovations, superstitions, and satanic states. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
