Is it permissible for a father to pay the zakah of his livestock and the zakah of his children's livestock together?

Fatwa No. ( 18432 )
Q: Is it permissible for a father to pay the zakah of his livestock (cattle) and the zakah of his children's livestock together? If the children are young and the livestock do not reach the threshold. And is it permissible for a husband to pay the zakah of his livestock and his wife's livestock together? If the cattle of each of them do not reach the threshold for zakah individually or on their own.
A: Zakah is not obligatory on cattle intended for milking and breeding unless they reach the threshold, which is thirty cows or more. The cattle of one person are not combined with the cattle of another person to complete the threshold; rather, each person has his own ruling, except if
the conditions of mixing mentioned by the jurists are present, which are that they share the same overnight stay, pasture, bull, grazing area, and milking place. If these conditions are met, they become like one wealth; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Those separated should not be gathered together nor should those gathered together be separated in order to avoid paying zakat. Whatever belongs to two associates is settled between them proportionately.لا يجمع بين مفترق، ولا يفرق بين مجتمع؛ خشية الصدقة، وما كان من خليطين فإنهما يتراجعان بالسوية
Muwatta Malik 17:25
narrated by al-Bukhari in (his Sahih). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
