Holding a dance party to celebrate the death of a person

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 18287 )
Q: In the town where I live, there are some people who, when one of them dies, inform the husband of their daughter (the son-in-law) of this person's death and set a day for him to come with guns, dancing, and the beating of musical instruments to play in celebration of this person's death. If you do not do these things and refuse, they will take your daughter from you by force, without a divorce between the husband and the wife. What is the ruling on this matter if you are a Muslim and you do something like this? And peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.
A : This act is one of the religious innovations, so it is not permissible to do it or to remain silent about it. It is obligatory for the competent religious authorities
in your area to stop it and to denounce those who do it, even by punishing them if necessary. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
