Holding a Celebration in the Mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 16953 )
Q2: Is it permissible to hold a celebration in the mosque with some nasheeds and recitation of the Qur'an or not? And what is the ruling on beating the duff?
A2: It is not permissible to hold a celebration with dancing and nasheeds in the mosque, nor
is it permissible to recite the Qur'an in this celebration and mix it with the nasheeds. As for beating the duff, it is permissible for women only, outside the mosque, to announce the marriage among women. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
