Q: I had doubt in my prayer and forgot the prostration for forgetfulness, as well as saying "Subhan Rabbi al-Azim." Does this invalidate the prayer?
A: If you have doubt in your prayer, you must build upon certainty and then perform the prostration for forgetfulness. If you forget to perform the prostration for forgetfulness and a long time has passed, you owe nothing. Saying "Subhan Rabbi al-Azim" in the bowing is obligatory. If you forget it, you perform the prostration for forgetfulness, and your prayer is valid. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
