Reciting Dhikr Aloud After the Closing Salam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 16802 )
Q 1: In most of our mosques, especially in the villages, they strive to conclude the prayer with dhikr aloud . When I told them that it is better to conclude the prayer with dhikr quietly, some argued that among the worshippers there are those who do not memorize the Verse of the Throne or who are not proficient in the dhikr on their own. I ask you to shed light on this matter: Is concluding the prayer with loud dhikr an innovation that must be prevented, or is there no harm in it? Please also define for us the dhikr mentioned in the Sunnah.
A 1 : The prescribed dhikr after the obligatory prayer is performed individually—each person recites the prescribed dhikr alone aloud—but not with a collective voice, following the practice of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). This is based on what is established in (the two Sahihs) from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), that raising the voice with dhikr when people leave the obligatory prayer was the practice during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He said: Ibn Abbas said: "I would know when they had left by that, when I heard it." And in (the two Sahihs) from al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah is what indicates this, and in (Sahih Muslim ) from Ibn al-Zubayr is what also indicates this. And in reciting dhikr aloud there is a reminder for people and teaching for the ignorant, but it should not be with a collective voice, for that is an innovation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
