What is the ruling on reciting the adhkar aloud after prayer, and is it permissible to recite some aloud while keeping others quiet?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A questioner asks, “O honorable Shaykh, is it permissible for a person to recite all the adhkar prescribed after the obligatory prayer aloud, or only some of them? We ask you to clarify this.”

The Shaykh : Yes. I am not aware of any evidence distinguishing between reciting the tahlil aloud and reciting the tasbih quietly. In fact, the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) in Sahih al-Bukhari:
Dhikr (mentioning the name of Allah) in a loud voice after obligatory prayers was (a common practice) during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) كان رفع الصوت بالذكر حين ينصرف الناس من المكتوبة على عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Sahih Muslim 583c
does not specify one over the other. Therefore, the preferred practice is to recite the tasbih, tahlil, and takbir aloud, unless there is a man next to you who is making up a missed prayer, in which case reciting aloud would harm him and disturb him. Do not perform a recommended practice that causes harm to your Muslim brother. However, if everyone has finished their prayers and everyone is remembering Allah, recite all the dhikr aloud. As for reciting the Verse of the Throne, do not recite it aloud, because it is Qur'an. Dhikr is one thing, and the Qur'an is another. Even if the Qur'an is considered dhikr in the general sense, as Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر
[Al-Hijr 15:9]
. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good and do you good.
