Drawing blood for testing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: In the month of Ramadan, I was very exhausted due to a congestion of my sinuses caused by allergies for about a week, and I was unable to breathe. I took a spray drop (Atrovent) to open the sinuses , noting that nothing reached my throat. I asked one of the scholars for a ruling, and he informed me that I owe nothing for that. Please advise us, may Allah reward you with good.
A3: As long as nothing reached the questioner’s stomach, according to what he stated in his question, his fast is valid, and it is not obligatory for him to make up those days on which he took the aforementioned medication.
