A prayer performed in the mosque with two congregations at the same time and one prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 16593 )
Q 1: What is the ruling in the religion regarding a prayer performed in the mosque with two congregations at the same time and one prayer ?
A 1: It is not permissible to have multiple congregations for prayer in one mosque, except for those who missed the prayer with the imam; it is permissible for them to pray another congregation due to the excuse. This is because the established legal principle, which has been the practice of Muslims in all ages and places, is for Muslims to perform the obligatory prayers in congregation in one mosque with one imam. Those who missed the prayer are permitted to pray in congregation led by one of them. The prayer that took place in the past is valid and does not need to be repeated, and they must repent from that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
