Some of the worshippers, when the imam says Allahu Akbar, respond behind him by saying Mighty and Majestic, and then they say Allahu Akbar

The first and second questions from Fatwa number ( 14236 )
Q1: Some of the worshippers when the imam says: Allahu Akbar, respond behind him by saying: Mighty and Majestic, and then they say Allahu Akbar for the prayer. Is this permissible?
A1: It is prescribed for the followers, when the imam says Allahu Akbar, to say it after him, as this is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). It is not prescribed for the followers to say: (Mighty and Majestic) before the takbir in this case; because the Companions
and the Salaf of the Ummah did not do it.

Q 2: What is the ruling on delaying the 'Isha' prayer if we are a congregation and are present together on a permanent basis , is it permissible to delay it, and is that better or not?
A2: It is prescribed for the worshipper to pray in congregation in the mosques of the Muslims, and if the imam delays the prayer for a benefit without causing it to go out of its time, then the follower prays with him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
