The fifth and sixth questions from Fatwa No. ( 14893 )
Q5: I have become accustomed to praying two rak'ahs as the greeting of the mosque and the sunnah of ablution when I enter one of the mosques of Allah. Is my prayer permissible, knowing that I heard that one should pray the greeting of the mosque first upon entering the mosque?
A5: If you pray the greeting of the mosque and then pray the sunnah of ablution, it is permissible. And if you combine them and pray two rak'ahs, it is permissible.
