Tucking in the shirt

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19179 )
Q 2: What is the ruling on tucking in the shirt or the sleeve of the shirt before prayer and leaving it as it is during the prayer? If it is not permissible, what is the ruling if a man performs wudu' and wants to catch up to the bowing, so he leaves them as they are? Is his prayer valid or not?
A 2: The one who prays is required to be in the best possible state; because he is conversing with his Lord. So, if he is able to cover his arm by fixing the cuffs of the shirt after
performing wudu', that is more complete and better, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
I was commanded to prostrate on seven bones and not to tuck in hair or clothingأمرت أن أسجد على سبعة أعظم وأن لا أكف شعرًا ولا ثوبًا
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:211
It is agreed upon as authentic. And if he is not able to do so due to an excuse, or if he hastens to catch up to the rak'ah and leaves his arms exposed, there is no blame on him and his prayer is valid; because the arms (forearms) are not among the things that are obligatory to cover in prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
