However, some people were surprised by this dress, disturbed them, and even drew people's attention to them. Should I order them to continue wearing this dress and ignore what people say, or should they dress like the people of the village where we live so that people do not look at them? Knowing that we are in rural areas, I ask you to clarify this for us and for women and people like them.
A1: It is obligatory for you to order your household and those under your authority to wear the Shari'ah-prescribed clothing, and do not pay attention to what people say. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
