The imam turns toward the microphone when bowing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 19812 )
Q 1: The imam of our neighborhood says the takbir for bowing while standing before he bends, then turns his head slightly to his right while still standing, toward the microphone, so that his voice is heard in the microphone, and then he bends for bowing. Is this permissible, and does it affect the validity of the prayer?
A 1: The takbir for bowing is said during the bending, and likewise all the takbirs of transition are said during the transition from one pillar to another. As for turning the head slightly, it is disliked in prayer except out of need, but it does not invalidate the prayer.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
