What is the ruling on the one whom we advised to raise his hands before bowing and after bowing in prayer, who then said that his imam does not do so?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... before bowing and after bowing, when it is explained to a person that it is a recommended practice (sunnah) and that this is not ...

The Shaykh : The one?

The questioner : Raising the hands before bowing and after bowing, leaving it off.

The Shaykh : And he said that it is not a recommended practice (sunnah).

The questioner : He said that the recommended practice (sunnah) is not reported, for example, from our imam.

The Shaykh : This is a problem with the imam. We say to him, who is your imam? If he says that it is not reported from our imam that he raised his hands before bowing or after bowing, we say, who is your imam?

The questioner : He says it is not reported...

The Shaykh : It does not contradict. We say, the problem is this: if your imam is Abu Hanifah, then our imam is Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab, and it is established in the authentic hadith from Ibn 'Umar, indeed in both authentic collections (al-Bukhari and Muslim) and others,
when he said the takbir before bowing; and when he raised his head after bowing أنه كان يرفع يديه إذا كبر للركوع وإذا رفع من الركوع
