Q1: It is stated in the book (Kashf al-Ghummah) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray in the garment in which he had intercourse and in which he sweated. Sometimes he would scratch the semen if he found it on his garment and then pray in it, and sometimes the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would wash it and go out to pray in it.
Volume 1 : It is narrated from Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: (I asked Umm Hababah : Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pray in the garment in which he had intercourse? She said: Yes, if there was no impurity in it.) It was narrated by Imam Ahmad and Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah . And it is established from A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said:Bulugh al-Maram 27 It was narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim . And Muslim also narrated: Bulugh al-Maram 28 And in one of his wordings: Bulugh al-Maram 28 . Therefore, the rulings indicated by these hadiths are valid, and that is the purity of semen, and that its remaining in the garment does not harm, but it is recommended to wash it if it is wet, and to rub it off if it is dry, and praise be to Allah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.

كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يغسل المني ثم يخرج إلى الصلاة في ذلك الثوب، وأنا أنظر إلى أثر الغَسلI used to scrape it (the semen) off the garment of Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) and then he offered prayer with it.
لقد كنت أفركه من ثوب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فركًا فيصلي فيهVerily! I (‘Aisha) used to scrape it (the semen) off his garment with my nails while it was dry.
لقد كنت أحكه يابسًا بظفري من ثوبه
