Exposing the deceased’s private parts during washing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number ( 16299 )
Q 2: People in our area have the custom of preparing the deceased, including washing, wrapping, and shrouding. However, there are matters we would like clarified regarding their permissibility or impermissibility, which are: 1- Exposing the deceased’s private parts during washing? 2- Sprinkling perfume on the shroud after the deceased has been laid out after being washed? 3- Exposing his face when the shroud’s ties are untied while he is in the grave on his right side, before burial?
A 2: 1- It is not permissible to expose the deceased’s private parts; because his sanctity while dead is like his sanctity while alive. 2- The recommended practice is to perfume the shrouds with incense or the like before the deceased is wrapped in them. 3- It is prescribed to untie the shroud’s ties after placing the deceased in the grave and before burying him, but exposing his face has no basis. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
