Q 7: Is it permissible to place lines of plaster or gravel to straighten the rows when the funeral prayer is performed in the cemetery , since usually a large number of people pray in the cemetery, and the rows do not straighten out unless these straight lines are placed? Please give us a ruling, and may you be rewarded.
A 7 : It is not permissible to place lines of plaster or gravel or anything else in the cemetery for the purpose of straightening the rows in the funeral prayer, and it is sufficient for the imam to remind the people to straighten the rows and stand close together. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
