Q 1: We are Muslim Arabs and Turks, and we built a mosque in France . The Arabs have an imam and the Turks have an imam, and each Friday one of them prays. Is it permissible for us to pray behind a non-Arab while an Arab is present?
A 1: There is nothing wrong with praying behind a Muslim who is proficient in his prayer by performing its pillars and obligations in the prescribed manner, whether he is Arab or non-Arab; for Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Hujurat 49:13] ,
and for his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌand for his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
There is no superiority for an Arab over a non-Arab except by piety
لا فضل لعربي على عجمي إلا بالتقوى
