When is the non-Arab better than the Arab?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: When is the non-Arab better than the Arab?

A: The ruling in this matter is as Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) indicated in His saying:
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of youيَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ
[Surah al-Hujurat: 13]. So if the non-Arab is more mindful of Allah, he is better. Likewise, if the Arab is more mindful of Allah, he is better. Thus, excellence, nobility, and status are by taqwa (mindfulness of Allah). Whoever is more mindful of Allah is better, whether he is a non-Arab or an Arab.
