Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 15065 )
Q 2: What is the opinion of the religion regarding one who prays the five times in one time due to the abundance of his work, and is this prayer accepted?
A 2: Among the conditions for the acceptance of a deed is that it be sincere for Allah and correct in accordance with the way of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). And among what came from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) is the description of the five prayers and their times. In the hadith from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The time of the noon prayer is when the sun passes the meridian and a man's shadow is the same (length) as his height, (and it lasts) as long as the time for the afternoon prayer has not come; the time for the afternoon prayer is as long as the sun has not become pale; the time of the evening prayer is as long as the twilight has not ended; the time of the night prayer is up to the middle of the average night and the time of the morning prayer is from the appearance of dawn, as long as the sun has not risen; but when the sun rises, refrain from prayer for it rises between the horns of the devil.
Sahih Muslim 612d
Narrated by Muslim . So he assigned a known time for each prayer in which it is to be performed, and it is not permissible to delay it beyond that time except in the case of
one for whom it is permissible to combine the Dhuhr and 'Asr, and the Maghrib and 'Isha; such as the traveler and the sick person. Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.إِنَّ الصَّلاَةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَوْقُوتًا
[An-Nisa 4:103]
. So they are obligatory in their known times. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
