Regular schools prevent the student from praying, so should he combine prayers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 19827 )
Q: The regular private Christian schools in Ethiopia intentionally prevent Muslim children from practicing the ritual of prayer inside the school, which has led some Muslim students to leave the school and others to delay the prayer beyond its time. It is known that there are regular government schools that allow Muslim students to practice prayer. The issue is as follows: The regular government schools are not organized or disciplined, in addition to the incompetence of the teachers and their lack of regular attendance at official working hours, which negatively and severely affects the level of the students. Meanwhile, we find that the private Christian schools are completely different from the government schools in
terms of the system, the discipline of the teachers, and their academic competence. Is it permissible for Muslim students to combine the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers by delaying them, and thus continue their studies in the regular private Christian schools, or is it obligatory for them to leave these schools and move to the government schools, with all their defects ?

A: It is obligatory for the Muslim to preserve the performance of the prayers in their times, and to stay away from schools that do not enable him to do so; in order to preserve his religion; because prayer is the pillar of Islam, and any action that occupies one from performing it is not permissible. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
