Limited Enrollment in Qur'an Schools

Your Eminence! As you know, with the opening of schools approaching in these days, Qur'an memorization schools accept only thirty students in the first year. This causes problems during registration for the students' guardians or the administrators of those schools.The question is: What advice do you give to the school administrators, the students' guardians, and the officials who set the limit at thirty students? May Allah reward you with good.
We see that the people of the town should gather and write to the Minister of Education, explaining to him that the demand for these schools is intense, and that it is not permissible to prevent people from what they desire in a matter that is good and beneficial. Perhaps if they write this, it may be of benefit.And the Minister of Education might say, for example: If this is a planned policy by the ministers and the like,They write to the Prime Minister and say: People want this, and their enthusiasm for these schools is high, and they are a good thing. How excellent it would be for the Saudi people to be memorizers of the Book of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). However, if people engage in quarreling, enmity, hatred, and animosity among themselves, that is not permissible.
