A woman praying in front of the prayer area in the Haram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 20167 )
Q1: This year (1418 AH), I had the opportunity to be with the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah as a guide, striving to ensure that the pilgrims on my tour performed the rites without lewdness, transgression, or argument, while showing them the greatness of the place and the dedication and sincerity of those in charge of the pilgrimage. However, unfortunately, there are some observations that it has become my duty to point out so that the pilgrims may be in peace and safety, which are: the mixing of male and female pilgrims with one another in prayer in the Haram. I searched for a place to pray on Friday but found none except where a woman would be in front of me or beside me, which forced me to go pray in one of the other mosques in Makkah.
A1 : On days of severe crowding in the Sacred Mosque , the prayer is valid even if a woman is in front of a man or beside him in the row, due to necessity, provided he lowers his gaze and does not touch the woman’s body as much as possible.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
