The mosque hears the adhan of the nearby mosque, so it does not call the adhan

The second question of Fatwa No. ( 15898 )
Q 2: We have a congregational mosque and a non-congregational mosque, meaning a small one. I went to pray the obligatory prayer in the small mosque. I entered the mosque and the iqamah had already been called from the congregational mosque, and no one had called the adhan in the small mosque at the time. Should we call the iqamah and pray, or should we call the adhan, and after the adhan call the iqamah and pray? Please inform us about this.
A 2: If the mosque’s mu’adhdhin did not call the adhan in it, it is recommended for the one who is present to pray in it to call the adhan, unless the adhan leads to disturbance, such as if the time is late, in which case the iqamah is sufficient.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
