Q 1: Is it permissible to strike with the sword one who does not act upon the Qur'an ?
A 1 : The general, legitimate authority in charge should discipline him with what he deserves according to the Shari'ah, based on his negligence in acting upon the Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
