Q 4: Is one who shaves his beard an open sinner ?
A 4: One who shaves his beard while knowing that it is forbidden, doing so of his own free will, and persisting in this sin without considering it permissible — he is an open sinner; it is obligatory for him to repent and seek forgiveness. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
