Q2: What is the precise criterion between the emphasized sunnah and the obligatory ?
A2: The obligatory is that for which its doer is rewarded and its leaver is punished, and the emphasized sunnah is that in which there is much encouragement, such as the two rak'ahs of Fajr. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
