Is it from the Sunnah for the follower in the prayer for rain to supplicate while standing or sitting after the end of the sermon?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 21515 )
Q 3: Is it from the Sunnah for the follower in the prayer for rain to supplicate while standing or sitting after the end of the sermon, and is it prescribed to turn one's shemagh, ghutrah, or jacket?
A 3: It is recommended for the follower to turn his cloak or what is equivalent to a cloak while standing, and to supplicate facing the qiblah while standing, just as the imam does. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
