The 'Asr Prayer for Students in the West

Q: Those who go to America from our units for the purpose of studying
They often face a problem during the time of the 'Asr prayer, as they enter the classrooms before the time of 'Asr begins and continue until just before the sun sets. There is no doubt that there is hardship in asking for permission every day in order to pray, especially since there are sometimes activities at this time in which groups participate, making it difficult for one of them to separate from the rest of the group, even for a short period, such as in aviation and the like, which requires working as a complete team. The question is: Is it possible to combine it with the Zuhr prayer before its time enters? And the same applies to the Zuhr prayer, as the study and work may continue until after the time of 'Asr enters; should it be delayed and combined with 'Asr?
A: They must pray every prayer in its time, and the difficulty of asking for permission every day is not an excuse for taking the prayer out of its time prescribed by the Shari'ah. Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nisa 4:103] meaning: an obligation with a specific time in which it is obligatory for the Muslim to perform it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.
