Adorning Mosques

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 20825 )
Q: I am pleased to present to your Excellency my religious project, which I wish to establish as a factory dedicated to it, for the purpose of exporting this personal model mosque to all countries of the world, especially Europe and America , in honor of the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a leading country in exporting the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet. I would be pleased if your Excellency would support me with opinion, advice, and moral support. Please be informed that those who manufacture this mosque are the daughters of this good land, graduates of the artistic departments of institutes and colleges, for whom I have opened a center for women's decoration works as the first
specialized center in this field, with the aim of involving women in economic development and solving the employment problem for many talented university graduates. Our goal is to serve our religion, our country, and our King, thereby embodying the fact that the Saudi woman, with the abilities and knowledge Allah has bestowed upon her, and by maintaining the teachings of her pure religion and our authentic Arab customs, is able to work, be of benefit, and benefit. Thanking you in advance for your good support and assistance, may Allah reward you with the best reward.

A: This work is not prescribed; due to the authentic hadiths prohibiting the adornment of mosques, and because it occupies the worshippers with looking at and contemplating those decorations and engravings, distracting them from their prayer. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
