A hadith: A group will come who do one-tenth of the faith, and Allah will be pleased with them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q 36:
A group will come who do one-tenth of the faith, and Allah will be pleased with them, and if you had left one-tenth of the faith, Allah would have held you accountableسيأتي قوم يفعلون عُشر الإيمان ، فيرضى الله عنهم، ولو تركتم أنتم عُشر الإيمان لحاسبكم الله
Is this correct in its meaning, and is it a noble hadith?

A 36: This hadith was narrated by al-Tirmidhi at the end of the Book of Trials from
the route of Ibrahim ibn Ya'qub al-Juzjani from Nu'aym ibn Hammad with the wording:
You are in a time when whoever abandons a tenth of what he has been ordered, then he is ruined. Then, there will come a time in which whoever does a tenth of what he has been ordered shall be saved.إنكم في زمان من ترك منكم عُشر ما أُمر به هلك، ثم يأتي زمان من عمل منهم بعُشر ما أمر به نجا
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2267Hasan (Darussalam)
. al-Tirmidhi said: (This is a strange hadith; we do not know it except from the hadith of Nu'aym ibn Hammad from Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah ) End of quote. al-Dhahabi said in (al-Sirah): (And Nu'aym is unique in that denounced report, and he transmitted it, then he said: So this is what I do not know where Nu'aym brought it from, and Nu'aym said: This is a hadith they deny, and I was only with Sufyan when something passed by and he denied it, then he narrated to me this hadith). al-Dhahabi said: (I said: He is truthful in hearing the wording of the report from Sufyan , and the apparent, and Allah knows best, is that Sufyan said it from his own knowledge without a chain, and the chain was said for a hadith he intended to narrate, so when he saw the denial he was surprised and said what he said after that chain, so Nu'aym believed that that chain was for that statement, and Allah knows best) End of quote. And Ibn al-Jawzi mentioned it in (al-Wahiyat) and said: al-Nasa'i said: A denounced hadith narrated by Nu'aym ibn Hammad and he is not trustworthy. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
