The first question of Fatwa No. ( 8417 )
Q 1: We set a trap for wild animals, but it caught a monkey, and we found it alive. We wanted to remove it from the trap, but we were unable to rescue it. We hit it, not intending to kill it, but the blow caused its death. Is there anything upon us for killing it? What is the type of expiation that falls upon us if there is anything upon us?
A 1 : We hope there is no blame on you for killing
