Q 2: If a driver hits a man by mistake, and this man did not die , what should he do so that Allah forgives him?
A 2 : If a driver hits someone by mistake, he should seek forgiveness from Allah and ask the person he hit for forgiveness. If the person demands compensation for what he suffered, the matter should be referred to the Shari'ah judge. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
