A 3: It is not permissible to participate with the Christians or any other disbelievers in their festivals, because this is cooperation in sin and aggression, and it is affirming what is wrong, and it is showing loyalty to them. And Allah the Exalted said in describing the servants of the Most Merciful:[Al-Furqan 25:72] meaning: they do not attend what is wrong, such as the festivals of the disbelievers and the like.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
