Oath not to commit a sin, then committing it multiple times: Is the expiation repeated?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 19747 )
Q: I once swore an oath that I would not commit a specific sin, but unfortunately I fell into that sin several times, so do I pay the expiation for this breaking of the oath once, or do I pay it according to the number of times I committed the sin? I also swore that I would not look at what Allah has forbidden, and if I did, I would fast one day. I have looked at the forbidden. Now I do not know what to do?
Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.

A: You are obligated to pay two expiations: one for the oath by Allah, and the second for the vow you made not to look at what Allah has forbidden, which you then violated in both cases. Each expiation consists of feeding ten poor people, with each person receiving one and a half kilograms of the usual food in the country, or clothing them, or freeing a believing slave. If you cannot find the means to do so, you must fast three days in place of each of the two expiations. If you give ten poor people ten sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) of the staple food of the country, with each person receiving one sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg), that is sufficient for both expiations, along with repentance to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) for what occurred from you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
