I swore on the mushaf that I would not commit that sin, but Satan overcame me and I did it

Fatwa number ( 14557 )
Q: I committed a sin against Allah once, twice, and three times. After that, I swore on the mushaf that I would not commit that sin. I swore a second time, saying: “By Allah the Great, I swear (three times) that I will not commit this sin,” but Satan overcame me and I did it again. What should I do regarding these two oaths, especially since I am married? And what should I do if I return to my wife while I am under an oath? May Allah reward you with good.
A: If the matter is as described, it is obligatory for you to repent and seek forgiveness for the sin you committed. You are also required to pay the expiation for breaking your oath. The expiation is: feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a believing slave. If you cannot find any of these, then fast for three days. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
