Q9: Is the one who buys industrial and commercial goods from the national government and pays money as a bribe so that they do not provide him with losing or broken goods, considered a bribe and forbidden for the one who does it ?
A9: Yes, that act is considered a bribe, and its doer falls under the warning that came regarding the briber. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
