Q5: Are there any hadiths or athar that command not to insult bread specifically, as opposed to other foods and blessings?
A5 : Several hadiths have been reported commanding the honoring of bread, but there is weakness in their chains of narration. However, bread is like other foods with which Allah blesses His servants; it is obligatory to preserve it and not insult it. Insulting it includes mixing it with impurities and waste, and this is not permissible. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
