Q: A man wishes to marry his cousin, but her brother nursed from his sister. As for the young man and the young woman who wish to marry, neither of them nursed. The young woman’s mother did not nurse, and the young man’s mother did not nurse.
A: If the matter is as stated, it is permissible for the young man mentioned to marry his cousin, and the nursing of her brother from the milk of the young man’s sister has no effect on this marriage.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
