Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q 2: Sometimes he remains silent during his sermon and says: “I was prevented from the sermon after this amount (and the matter) is the same.” Sometimes he says: “Now the (order) has come to me for this speech.” This practice is called: (the luminous istikhara).
A 2: The silence of the aforementioned man during the sermon and his saying: “I was prevented” or
“the order has come to do such and such” entails the claim that he is being inspired, and that he claims prophethood, even if he does not state it explicitly. It is without doubt that claiming prophethood after Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is a lie, disbelief, and misguidance; because Allah sealed prophethood and messengership with Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Ahzab 33:40] , and it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Ash-Shama'il Al-Muhammadiyah 365Sahih (Zubair `Aliza'i) .

I am al-'Aqib [the Ultimate] (The name al-'Aqib [the Uhimate] means the one after whom there is no Prophet.)
أنا العاقب الذي ليس بعده نبي
