Q: There is a group that calls itself (the Group of Muslims), and I
discussed with one of its members and disagreed with him on two of the ideas of this group: The first idea is the idea of suspension and verification. This group does not rule on a person as a believer or a disbeliever until they discuss with him, even if he performs all the rituals and pillars of Islam. The second idea is considering all the mosques on earth currently, except for the three mosques (al-Haram, al-Nabawi, and al-Aqsa), to be mosques of harm (masajid dharar), therefore they do not pray in any mosque other than these three. We ask you to kindly shed light on these two ideas, so that the right path may be distinguished from the wrong.
A: First: This methodology is invalid; because the original state of a Muslim is justice and the correctness of belief, unless the contrary is established from him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) rebuked Usamah ibn Zayd for killing the man who uttered the testimony of faith, thinking that he only uttered it out of fear of being killed, and he said to him: . Second: The mosques of Muslims on the entire earth are respected mosques, and prayer in them is valid. Mosques were widespread on the earth during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), the time of his successors, and all the periods of Islam,
And the Muslims pray in them without any objection. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Jinn 72:18], and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Mishkat al-Masabih 697, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: . And Muslim narrated in his *Sahih*: The hadiths regarding the obligation of praying in the mosques and explaining the virtue of doing so are numerous and well known. However, the three mosques which are the most excellent of them, and in which
prayer is multiplied more than in others, are those to which one travels and which are sought out for that purpose. Therefore, the claim that prayer is not valid except in the three mosques is a false statement that contradicts the Book, the Sunnah, and scholarly consensus. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

And [He revealed] that the masjids are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone.
وَأَنَّ الْمَسَاجِدَ لِلَّهِ فَلا تَدْعُوا مَعَ اللَّهِ أَحَدًاIf anyone builds a mosque for God, God will build a house for him in paradise.
من بنى لله مسجدًا بنى الله له بيتًا في الجنةWhoever hears the call to prayer and does not come, he has no prayer except for one who has an excuse. It was said to Ibn Abbas: What is the excuse? He said: Fear or illness.
من سمع النداء فلم يأت، فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر، قيل لابن عباس : ما هو العذر؟ قال: خوف أو مرضA blind man said: O Messenger of Allah, I have no guide to lead me to the mosque. Do I have a dispensation to pray in my house? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Do you hear the call to prayer? He said: Yes. He said: Then respond to it.
قال: فأجبprayer is multiplied more than in others, are those to which one travels and which are sought out for that purpose.
