Q 2: If I am an employee in one of the government departments and my boss grants me permission not to attend except at the time of the salary, and he deducts (1500) one thousand five hundred riyals from my salary, and I do not know whether the administration is aware of this or not? Are we sinful or not?
A 2: Your salary is not lawful for you unless you perform the job duties in the prescribed manner, and it is not permissible for your superior to exempt you from attendance in exchange for taking part of your salary; because this is a form of betrayal and cooperation in sin and aggression. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
