Saying "La ghalib illa Allah" (There is no victor but Allah)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q 2: We know that "La ilaha illa Allah" means: There is no true object of worship but Allah. Is it permissible for us to say: ( "La ghalib illa Allah" (There is no victor but Allah) )?
A 2 : There is no harm in using this phrase because its meaning is correct, and it is part of the oneness of lordship. However, it is not permissible to make it an explanation of the phrase "La ilaha illa Allah." And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
