Traveling abroad to seek a livelihood and for tourism

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 6287 )
Q2: Traveling abroad to Western or Eastern countries to seek a livelihood in the face of harsh living conditions, and the unavailability of the conditions for traveling to Islamic countries—either because they do not issue visas for it, or due to poor security and protection there—what is the ruling of the Shari'ah on this?
A2 : There is no harm in seeking a livelihood in Western or Eastern countries, provided that no predominant harm results from doing so. Assessing the benefit and the harm and weighing them against each other is up to the individual, if he is a person of Islamic knowledge and is able to manifest his religion without fearing fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
