Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What does His Eminence the Shaykh say about traveling for tourism?
Answer: It is reprehensible and not permissible; it is absolutely not permissible to travel for tourism. Traveling to the lands of shirk (associating partners with Allah) is only permissible for the purpose of calling people to Allah, and only for those who possess knowledge, faith, and insight, who have a solid standing in this field, and who have insight and do not fear fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) for themselves; because they have the knowledge, faith, insight, and readiness to dispel shubhah (a doubtful matter) that enables them to defend themselves and benefit others in their calling to Allah . Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, benefit us with your knowledge, and respond to your call, for He is Able to do all things.
