Her sister is bad and she does not speak to her to avoid her harm

And the fatwa is number ( 17844 )
Q 3: I have an older sister, and I have not spoken to her for about three months to avoid her harm. First, she does not pray except in the presence of the mosque sisters when they visit us. And when we stand for congregational prayer, coinciding with any of the prayer times, I find her performing wudu and standing in the row. I am confused and remain silent out of shyness of the other sisters. If I advise her, she does not care about my words. I also find that half of her speech is lies. The thing that makes me avoid her and not speak to her is the greatest calamity: backbiting and talebearing. So at all times I fight her talebearing by all means so that each person remains with the other as loved ones, between sister and sister, and my niece and my sister, then my mother and the brothers' wives... etc. I have not left a method without using it with her. So is it permissible for me to stay away from her?
A 3: It is obligatory for you to advise your sister, and to command her to pray constantly. And if you see benefit in boycotting her so that she will be ashamed and repent, then boycott her until she repents to Allah the Exalted. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
